The announcement stated that the group was unable to reach a consensus with PricewaterhouseCoopers on a mutually acceptable timetable to complete the review of the group’s annual results for the year ending December 31, 2021.

On the same day, Sunshine 100 China (02608.HK) also announced the delayed financial report. The announcement stated that due to the epidemic prevention and control measures, changes in the company’s personnel and the overall downward trend of China’s real estate industry, the preparation of the group’s financial statements for 2021 has not been completed. The company will delay the publication of the preliminary results announcement for 2021 approved by the auditors.
