Ping An Fund Management Co., Ltd. has announced the effectiveness of the Ping An CSI A50 Traded Open-End Index Securities Investment Fund Fund Contract. The announcement was made on March 4, 2024, with details including the fund name, abbreviation, operation method, effective date of the fund contract, and the fund manager’s name.
The fund raising application had been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, with a total of 22,456 households participating in the fundraising period. The net subscription amount during the fundraising period was 1,999,999,711.00 Yuan, with interest generated from subscription funds amounting to 196,329.00 Yuan. The total raised shares were 2,000,196,040.00 units.
It was noted that the fund manager used its inherent funds to subscribe for the fund during the fundraising period. Additionally, information disclosure fees, legal fees, accountant fees, and other expenses incurred during the fundraising period would be borne by the fund manager and not be paid separately from the fund assets.
After the fund contract comes into effect, the fund manager will decide the specific date on which the fund will start to handle subscriptions. The fund can start subscription and/or redemption before being listed for trading. However, during the period when the fund applies for listing, subscription and redemption operations may be suspended.
