Furthermore, the province will implement a trade-in action for consumer goods, focusing on the exchange of old cars, electric bicycles, home appliances, and home improvement goods. The measures also include implementing recycling actions to build centralized sorting and processing centers for renewable resources and increasing the circulation of second-hand goods.
