According to Radiocor, the Board of Directors of Acciaierie d’Italia approved the 2020 draft financial statements and set the meeting for 21 July in first call and 2 August in second. The long-awaited ok to the 2020 accounts of the former Ilva has therefore arrived after a wait lasting many weeks for the company controlled by Am InvestCo Italy and Invitalia (with stakes of 62% and 38% respectively but with 50% voting rights -50%). As regards the 2020 budget that the assembly will be called to approve, Am InvestCo Italy is entitled to 50% + 1 vote.
