“The average collection on AIM in the first half of 2021 reached 8.0 million euros, exceeding the average figure of the pre-Covid-19 IPOs of the first half of 2019 (4.9 million euros) and in the first half of 2021 a demand from part of investors on average greater than 3.8 times the offer – underlined Anna Lambiase, CEO & Founder of IR Top Consulting – In light of what emerged, we think that confidence is returning, but to support lasting growth in equity capital market, it is necessary to make the Tax Credit on listing costs introduced by the MISE a structural measure to permanently favor the investment programs of SMEs “.
