New governance and new geography for Boston Nonsulting Group, a strategic consulting company that has opened a new geographic area (Eastern Mediterranean, Caucasus and Russia) by appointing Davide Di Domenico, who will be its CEO starting from 1 January, as its head. while Giuseppe Falco will take on the role of Chair Italia.

Born in Palermo 48 years ago and graduated in aerospace engineering from the Milan Polytechnic, Davide Di Domenico has coordinated some of BCG’s largest industrial and digital transformation projects globally and is responsible for the Automotive & Mobility sector for European geography and South America.

Di Domenico will lead the offices of BCG Italy, Russia, Turkey, Greece, Israel, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan: a system consisting of over 70 Partners and Managing Directors and a turnover that reached 400 million dollars in 2021.

Di Domenico takes over from Giuseppe Falco who, after eight years in the role of CEO of BCG Italy Greece Turkey Israel, will hold the position of Chair of BCG Italy. Giuseppe Falco is a core member of the Energy and Industrial Goods practices globally. During his career he has always dealt with major transformations for important companies and family businesses, both in terms of turnaround and relaunch, and in terms of business model innovation and digital transformation. Graduated in mechanical engineering from the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa in 1995, he obtained the MBA degree from the MIP Politecnico di Milano in 1998.
