(1) During the suspension of institutional investors’ large-amount subscription, large-amount transfer-in and large-amount fixed-term investment business, the cumulative subscription, transfer-in and regular fixed amount of each fund account of institutional investors in a single day shall not exceed 100. If the cumulative subscription, transfer-in and regular fixed amount of each fund account of institutional investors in a single day exceeds 1 million yuan, the Fund will have the right to refuse.
(2) During the period of suspension of institutional investors’ large-amount subscription, large-amount conversion and transfer-in, and large-scale fixed-term fixed investment business, other businesses submitted by institutional investors, such as account opening, subscription, redemption, and conversion, will still be handled as usual.
(3) Huaan Pure Debt Bond Sponsored Securities Investment Fund will resume large-amount subscription, large-amount conversion and transfer-in, and large-scale fixed-term investment business for institutional investors from January 18, 2022.
