Aston Martin celebrates the brand’s 110th anniversary with a car called the Valour which, inspired by the British brand’s sports car tradition, aims to win over fans of the most unique driving experiences guaranteed by the tradition of one of the most iconic brands on an international level. In short, the best of Aston Martin of yesterday and today, the Valor was designed using cutting-edge technologies, methods and materials. A return to the past for a model that promises to be the most contemporary in the Aston Martin car range.
Aston Martin Valour, is inspired by the V8 Vantage of the 70s and 80s
The Valor is visually inspired by the V8 Vantage of the 70s and 80s and the Muncher of 1980, but offers the typical power of the latest generation Aston Martin sports cars such as the V600 Vantage of the 90s with double supercharging, for a time the car most powerful series in the world. The expressive design and impeccable assembly echo those of the One-77 supercar, while the sportiness focused almost entirely on the driver make the latest arrival, the Valor, very similar to another icon, the one-off Victor.
Aston Martin Valor, limited production of 110 units
With a production run limited to just 110 examples worldwide, the rarity expressed by the new Valor will place it de rigueur among the most collectable Aston Martins. In short, a late-era car that combines for the first time the 5,200 cc biturbo V12 with 715 HP of power and 753 Nm of torque with the 6-speed manual gearbox for an enthralling driving experience. Merit of the mechanical limited slip differential. To which are added the driving modes Sport, Sport+ and Track tuned to be reactive.
Astoin Martin Valor, remarkable stopping power
The torsional and lateral rigidity of the Valor is maximized to which is added a steering with a unique immediacy. With carbon ceramic brakes as standard, the Valor offers plenty of stopping power with 410mm x 38mm front discs and 6-piston calipers. Behind the discs are 360mm x 32mm and paired with 4-piston calipers. Offering increased braking performance and a significant 23kg reduction in unsprung mass compared to steel brakes as well as resisting fading up to temperatures of the order of 800 degrees.

Rounding out the Valor’s hardware package is a set of 21-inch forged light-alloy honeycomb wheels paired with the latest Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tires in sizes 275/35 R21 up front and 325 /30 R21 at the rear, the basis for top-level handling and road holding on both wet and dry surfaces. Crafted from carbon fibre, the Valor’s body incorporates recognizable cues from the iconic 1970s V8 Vantage.
