Atlantia closes the first nine months of 2021 with a net profit of 1.3 billion, revenues + 17%. Improve year outlook

Atlantia closed the first nine months of the year with a net profit of € 1.3 billion, which included the capital gain from the sale of 49% of Telepass for over € 1 billion and dividends from equity investments for over € 0.4 billion of Euro.

Net financial debt stood at 2.6 billion euros, down by 1.8 billion euros (-41%) compared to 31 December 2020.

EBITDA was € 2.9 billion, up € 0.6 billion (+ 27%), thanks to the performance of motorway traffic (+ 21%). Revenues amounted to € 4.6 billion, up 17%. Motorway traffic grew by 21%, with recovery in all countries (figure excluding traffic in Italy).

The outlook for 2021 has improved, with an expectation of € 6 billion in revenues and € 2.4 billion in FFO. Revenues at € 4.6 billion, up 17%
