The rating agency Fitch, following the approval by the Shareholders’ Meeting of Atlantia – with the favorable vote of 86.86% of the capital represented – of the proposal of the board of directors for the sale of the entire stake in Autostrade per l’Italia has placed the creditworthiness of Atlantia (holding) “BB”, Autostrade per l’Italia “BB +” and Aeroporti di Roma “BBB-” in the ‘Rating Watch Positive’.
