The reporter learned from Chaoyang District yesterday that, as an important project for dredging and promoting, Fanxing Community can provide 6,500 affordable rental housing units, and the first batch of more than 2,200 units has recently entered the stage of renting and selecting housing.
“The entire community is divided into three plots of ‘star’, ’empty’ and ‘cloud’, with a total of 6,500 rental housing units. There are currently more than 2,200 units of the ‘star’ series that have entered the market.” The relevant person in charge of Capital Innovation Town Construction Investment Co., Ltd. introduced, The house types are mainly small studios, large studios and one-bedrooms, with an area of about 30 to 40 square meters, and a small number of three-bedrooms.
The project adopts a light frame structure, and two bays can be connected to become two bedrooms. “After the young couples who rent the studio have children, they can also rent the house opposite. We provide remodeling services to convert the house into a two-bedroom house,” said the above-mentioned person in charge.
The studio area is small and the rent is low. “I just graduated, and my rental budget is limited. The average monthly rent for a small studio is about 2,800 yuan.” A house inspector said.
The Stars project is divided into 12 groups, with 6 pedestrian streets and 3 sunken squares. The community is also equipped with a commercial area of 50,000 square meters. Chain supermarkets, canteens, convenience stores, and bakeries have been signed for renovation and are expected to open before October.
Fanxing project covers an area of 118,000 square meters. It used to be the largest stone distribution center in North China – Xizhihe Stone Market. In 2013, Shibalidian Township launched the evacuation and evacuation of the stone market, vacating a total of more than 1.2 million square meters of land, and the city’s largest collective land security housing started construction here. Today, the project can bring tens of millions of yuan in income to Xizhihe Village every year.
The 8 municipal roads around Fanxing community have all been completed; Chaonan Forest Park is also about to be completed, and residents can reach it by bicycle in 10 minutes. Most of the tenants are young families, and it is an unavoidable problem for children to enter kindergarten.
“We implement the policy of equal rights for renting and selling, and have built kindergartens and primary schools in the community.” The person in charge of the Fanxing project said that the kindergarten will start in September this year. Tenants can enter the kindergarten with the rental contract, and the primary school is also under construction.
At present, the Fanxing project is mainly open to the employees of key enterprises in Chaoyang District for renting. The next step is to expand the number of people and channels for renting.
