Newness, the Brera-Borghi duo doesn’t take off: second balance sheet and zero revenues
Second balance sheet and still zero revenues for the “odd couple” of the financier and the actor, both successful. In recent days, in fact, the shareholders’ meeting of Newness which, founded at the end of 2021, sees Guido Brerahead of investments of Kairos (recently acquired by Anima sgr) and writer hold the 40% while 60% are from the well-known face of entertainment Alessandro Borghi. The meeting served to approve the budget 2023 (the second of activity) closed with one loss of 19 thousand 741 euros compared to that of 17 thousand euros and the meeting decided that the redundancy was entirely covered, as stated in the minutes, “with the waiver of the Brera shareholder of the interest-free loan set aside in the balance sheet”.

It should then be noted that i revenues (“production value”) were only 2 euros compared to 5 euros in 2022. The company between Brera and Villages has as its object “the development of contents, ideas and artistic and entertainment projects for television, cinema and theater productions” as well as “the production, purchase and sale of films” in addition to the “study and creation of advertising images” and “management of actors’ image rights”. Villages he played the character of Massimo Ruggero in the series “I Diavoli” based on the novel of the same name by Brera, broadcast on Sky. Last year the actor, still with Brera, established the company Red Islandof which the two are equal shareholders with 33.3% together with Paolo Spicuglia. The newco’s object is “production and transformation of spirits and liqueursalcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages” as well as their trade together with that of foodstuffs.
