Burlington to Open New Store in The Outlet at Montehiedra
The popular Burlington store chain is set to open a new location in The Outlet at Montehiedra in San Juan, announced Paul Schiffer, senior vice president of leasing at Urban Edge Properties, the company that owns the shopping center.
Burlington will fill the space previously occupied by Capri, which is currently holding a closing liquidation sale, according to El Nuevo Día.
“Coming to our Burlington Mall, the national discount retailer offering everyday low prices on customers’ favorite brands for the whole family. With up to 60 percent off every day, on brand-name products that arrive regularly. Our customers will enjoy something different every time they visit us to make their purchases,” Schiffer reported.
The new store will join other megastores located at The Outlet at Montehiedra, such as Marshalls, the new Nautica outlet, Gap Factory, Old Navy, and Nike Factory.
The opening date for Burlington’s new location at The Outlet at Montehiedra was not reported in the press release.
In addition to the new location, Burlington is also set to open in the former Bed Bath & Beyond premises in the Plaza del Sol and San Patricio Plaza shopping centers in Bayamón and Guaynabo, respectively.
The Bayamón location is expected to open on May 17th, and the Guaynabo location on June 21st. These will be added to the already established stores in Rexville Town Center, Santa Rosa Mall, and Plaza Guaynabo. In San Juan, there are also Burlington stores in Plaza Las Américas and on Avenida 65 de Infantería.
