Carige, the Interbank Fund rejects Bper’s offer

The Interbank Fund rejects the non-binding offer of Bper for Carige, after an afternoon of meetings for the Fund’s Voluntary Scheme. In fact, starting at 1 pm, the various Committees and Boards of Directors began. The program had already been foreseen for some time – among other things, the budget has to be prepared – but it is clear that the key point, even if not on the original agenda, was the offer for Carige, of which the Fund has 80% while another 8.3% is owned by Cassa Centrale Banca.
