ChatGPT is modest. “I wouldn’t say that I can necessarily write better applications than a human,” answers the chatbot from the US company OpenAI when asked who writes better applications: human or machine? Ultimately, artificial intelligence (AI) lacks “emotional intelligence, the personal touch and the deep understanding of individual life stories that a person can bring into their application”. Processing precise information, understanding complex relationships, suggesting clear formulations – yes, these are the strengths of the chatbot. But the suggestions that ChatGPT makes should only be a “starting point” for the application.
