The annual event with the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este returns, which will be held from 24 to 26 May 2024.
This event, one of the most prestigious in the calendar of historic vehicle enthusiasts, will host fifty of the rarest and most elegant vintage cars on the shores of Lake Como.
In the press conference at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, representatives of BMW Group Classic, Grand Hotel Villa d’Este and BMW Italia have revealed the details of the program. The event, open to the public on 25 and 26 May at Villa Erba, promises to be a unique experience for lovers of classic cars and beyond.
This year, the theme of the competition will be “the magic of mobility”, a tribute to the evolution of automotive design and technology. During the Public Day, visitors will be able to enjoy the “Wheels&Weisswürscht / Amici&Automobili”, a festival that will include the gathering of auto clubs and a parade of competing cars.
Among the special events, we highlight the presentation of the 20th BMW Art Car, which will participate in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and an exhibition dedicated to Marcello Gandini, famous automotive designer. Furthermore, the 25th anniversary of the BMW Z8 will be celebrated with a dedicated rally.
Tickets for the event are already available online, and the proceeds from the “Wheels&Weisswürscht / Amici&Automobili” festival will be donated to the Cernobbio municipal kindergarten, confirming the BMW Group’s commitment to the local community.
