Cuban Brewmaster Defends Quality of Parranda Beer after Recall
Following the recent withdrawal of several batches of Parranda beer, the brewmaster at CervecerĆa Cubana SA is defending the quality of the product and announcing new distribution strategies. The national press in Cuba recently visited the brewery, which is the most modern in Latin America and the producer of Parranda beer.
Despite recent recalls, the cheapest beer sold in Cuba is still highly appreciated by the Cuban people, according to a report from the Cuban News Agency. In response to the situation, CervecerĆa Cubana and Parranda are working on redesigning their distribution strategy to ensure that the beer is stored for the shortest possible time to guarantee its freshness.
With a production capacity of 150 million liters of beer per year and a packaging line that can complete up to 18,000 500 ml bottles every hour, CervecerĆa Cubana SA is dedicated to maintaining the quality and freshness of the popular Parranda beer. Brewmaster JosĆ© MarĆa Zapatero highlighted the unique and versatile qualities of the beer, emphasizing the importance of creating a fresh beer that can be enjoyed in the hot climate of Cuba.
New commercial strategies with logistics operators throughout Cuba are being implemented to ensure that Parranda beer arrives directly to stores, reducing storage periods and taking into account the climatic conditions of the country. These measures aim to improve the quality of Parranda beer and guarantee that customers always consume a fresh product.
