Daijin Heavy Industry (002487.SZ) stated on the investor interactive platform on October 15 that according to Article 5.3.1 of the “Guidelines for the Normative Operation of Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange”, the following circumstances should be announced in a timely manner: net profit is negative ; Realize a turnaround from loss to profit; Realize profit, and net profit has increased or decreased by more than 50% compared with the same period of the previous year; Net assets at the end of the period are negative; Annual operating income is less than 10 million yuan. Article 5.3.2 (4) stipulates that the performance forecast for the first three quarters shall be no later than October 15 of the current year of the reporting period.
