Daimler Trucks North America has unveiled the largest truck sales and service point in the entire continent, located in Houston. The dealership will serve the Freightliner and Western Star brands, offering a wide range of services to maintain and care for trucks.
The newly built dealership, named Houston Freightliner y Western Star, covers a massive 65 acres and boasts over 100 service areas. This surpasses the previous record held by Volkswagen Trucks and Buses Division in São Paulo, Brazil. The dealership will operate 24/7 to cater to commercial vehicles requiring maintenance and repairs, with a focus on providing unmatched customer service.
Owned and operated by SelecTransportation Resources (STR), the dealership marks a significant investment in response to Houston’s growing population and increasing customer demand for service. The dealership includes a dedicated nine-bay Oasis Service Network RV store with amenities such as a lobby, lounge, entertainment center, and cafe. Additionally, there are outdoor features like a fishing pond, walking trails, picnic areas, and a dog park.
