With an overall length of 5.25 metres, a height of 1.5 meters and a width of 2.03 metres, the Charger Daytona has even more imposing dimensions than the previous models in the range.
Available in two or four door versions
Available in both two and four door versions, the Charger Daytona makes effective use of interior space, offering a 644-litre boot which becomes 1,059 liters with the rear seats folded down and an additional 42-litre front compartment for storing smaller objects. and charging cables. Inside, the Dodge stands out for its high-level technological package, with a 16-inch instrument panel for the ScatPack version and a 112.3-inch central display. From the steering wheel it is possible to select the driving modes Auto, Eco, Sport, Wet/Snow, Track and Drag, as well as PowerShot for an additional boost of 41 hp during acceleration. Both Dodges use a 94 kWh battery, with a range of 510 and 418 km respectively. Charging can take place at up to 11 kW in alternating current and up to 188 kW in direct current, allowing it to charge from 5 to 80% in approximately 32 minutes.

Numerous driving modes available
Also available with the Scat package is Drift mode with settings that are customized for drift angles. To complete the sports equipment of the car there are features such as Line Lock, to warm up the tires before an acceleration race, and Race Prep which preheats the battery before use on the track. Production of the two-door Charger Daytona will begin in mid-2024, while the four-door version will have to wait until the beginning of 2025. Internal combustion versions equipped with the new 3.0-liter 6-cylinder Hurricane engine credited with a power of up to 558 hp. The price of the Charger Daytona is yet to be defined.
