New entries in Elite, the private market of the Borsa Italiana Group today part of Euronext. 13 new companies in all that belong to different sectors, including, technology, products for the person and fashion, logistics. They are distributed geographically, touching different regions of Italy, from Trentino-Alto Adige to Campania, and have a turnover that ranges from 10 million to 500 million euros. To date Elite has 1590 companies of which over 940 are Italian.
The main reasons that led these new companies to join Elite are the desire to approach the capital markets, public and private, access to a set of managerial tools to accelerate growth, interest in services and innovative finance products to raise capital for growth, training, high visibility, as well as the possibility of networking which has always been a key element of the community of Elite companies and partners.
There are over 1400 extraordinary finance transactions involving over 480 Elite companies globally for a total of 16.3 billion euros in transaction value, demonstrating the dynamism of the companies that are part of Elite’s private market.
