The Cuban Telecommunications Company (ETECSA) has announced changes to the Nauta Portal, the country’s only telecommunications service provider. The modifications will soon be implemented, allowing users to access the portal through a new link and manage Nauta and landline telephony services more efficiently.
According to ETECSA, the Nauta Portal will now offer enhanced security features, including notifications for sensitive operations such as password changes, transfers, and recharges. The current website, www.portal.nauta.cu, will soon be replaced by the new Nauta User Portal at www.nauta.cu.
The revamped Nauta User Portal will have a new user interface focused on the client, making it easier to manage various services without the need to visit a commercial office multiple times. Users will now be required to create a new username and password, which will also be used for online service actions.
Other improvements include the ability to create an international navigation account, disconnect browsing sessions, receive reminder notifications for Nauta Home service expiration dates, and make payments and recharges through the Transfermóvil payment gateway. Additionally, users will be able to view their mobile and landline telephony services and access a banner section with relevant information.
Overall, these changes aim to streamline the user experience and enhance security measures for ETECSA’s Nauta Portal. Stay tuned for updates on these upcoming modifications.
