Ferrari announced that it “purchased on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA), as part of the fifth tranche of the buy-back program announced on 4 October 2021 (‘Quinta Tranche’) further ordinary shares”.
The buyback brings the “total consideration invested from the announcement of the Fifth Tranche of the buy-back program of 4 October 2021 until 15 October 2021 to 11,860,897.60 euros for 64,930 ordinary shares purchased on the MTA”.
“As of October 15, 2021 Ferrari therefore held 9,837,833 ordinary treasury shares equal to 3.82% of the total issued share capital including ordinary shares and special shares and net of the shares assigned under the Company’s share incentive plan – the press release reads – From January 1, 2019 to October 15, 2021, the Company repurchased a total of 4,652,507 treasury shares on the
MTA and NYSE for a total consideration of 665,282,599.84 Euros “.
