Hava Misimi is the founder of the financial and insurance consultancy Femance. There the 29-year-old explains about investments and insurance topics
In her own investment strategy, she relies on as many asset classes as possible, including ETFs, bonds, real estate and a small proportion of gold and crypto.
“My first job gave me my first questions about finances,†says Hava Misimi. At that time she worked at the consulting and auditing firm KPMG. To find answers, the current entrepreneur and financial advisor started hers Financial blog “Femance”.“During the corona pandemic, my community grew rapidly,” remembers the 29-year-old. Today Misimi is self-employed with her advice and continues to provide information about finances and insurance.
Your first investment? A share in Match Group – the company behind the dating platform Tinder. Today, however, Misimi relies primarily on ETFs. “I now only have one stock in my portfolio – Unilever.†The reason: Misimi says picking out individual stocks is too time-consuming.

She follows her investment strategy in the same way she advises her clients. “I base myself on my risk profile, my financial situation and my goals,†she explains. Your willingness to take risks is between four and five on a scale of one to seven. Seven stands for very risk-taking and one for not risk-oriented at all. “Since I am in the medium risk range, I invest broadly.“
