First home, do those who move city after three years lose benefits?

Among the conditions necessary to take advantage of the first home benefits, residence in the municipality in which the property is located is required, or a commitment to move within 18 months. The use of the apartment as a home, however, is only necessary for the purposes of deducting the mortgage, so the benefit is lost if you move elsewhere. Changing residence, however, does not lead to the loss of purchase benefits.
