The GT completes the Mach-E range with another historical denomination of the Ford and Mustang tradition. And this choice finds ample justification in the numbers. The GT stands out from the other Mach-E for the three-dimensional effect polycarbonate grille, the front bumper equipped with larger air intakes and more evident spoiler and the design of the 20-inch wheels, which allow a glimpse of the Brembo calipers painted in red and 385 mm brake discs. In addition, the wheel arches are in the same color as the bodywork which is available in two exclusive colors: Grabber Blue and Cyber Orange. The dimensions remain unchanged: 4.71 meters long, 1.88 meters wide and 1.62 meters high, cleverly disguised by the double profile of the roof. The wheelbase of 2.98 meters and the completely flat floor allows for an excellent habitability. The rear trunk has a capacity of 402-1,420 liters, the front one of 81 liters.
Inside, the GT stands out above all with its Sport Performance sports seats, the GT logo embossed on the front armrest and the leather upholstery. The dashboard design is minimal with the instrumentation consisting of a 10.2 ”display and the central vertical 15.5” screen of the Sync system. It is equipped with a knob as the only physical command, has cloud navigation, Android Auto and Carplay are also wireless and updates over the air. The energy management and driving assistance systems can also be remotely updated, among which autonomous braking, even in the case of pedestrians and cyclists, and the obstacle avoidance assistance system stand out.
To the three driving modes (Active, Whisper and Untamed) is added the Untamed Plus, even sportier, while there are different settings for the torque control systems (which favor the distribution on the rear wheels), the response of the brake pedal and the suspensions with magnetorheological shock absorbers, exclusive to this version.The Ford Mustang Mach-E GT is already configurable (financing included) and can be ordered online, like all other versions, at a list price of 74,500 euros with a complete set .
