The Germinal group, which produces organic bakery products and ready meals, has completed the acquisition of the organic pasta factory Astrabio. With this new operation, the group has come to own three production plants: one for sweet and savory baked goods, one for fresh ready meals and now a third, dedicated to the production of organic pasta. The Iris Agricultural Cooperative, founding member and strategic supplier of raw materials, remains within the shareholder structure of the pasta factory: the cooperative guarantees the 100% Italian agricultural supply chain.
