ROME (ITALPRESS) – “Positive meeting in the name of responsibility, especially as we are experiencing a particularly delicate and complex moment for health, work and the future”. Thus the minister of economic development Giancarlo Giorgetti on the sidelines of the table with the trade unions CGIL, CISL, UIL and UGL who convened to present the team to the Mise, discuss methods and issues and address general issues of close relevance, first of all the crises of company from Alitalia, to the former Ilva without neglecting those realities that may not end up in the national news but which concern workers who risk losing their jobs. “I thank you – the minister told the trade unions – for the role you play in managing crises and the consequent social tensions that you help to channel in a dialogue perspective”. During the meeting, issues related to the working method to deal with the different crises were also addressed (control room) and the need for greater coordination to overcome any difficulties for the different skills of the ministries which sometimes risk lengthening the times of solutions. “I believe that a rationalization in this sense is a must”, said Giorgetti, who however underlined the need for “a reflection on the tools and on the recovery of delays on various fronts that penalize us”. Among the various dossiers, Giorgetti also made a passage on the extraordinary administrations that he reformed with a recent provision: “they must serve to solve problems and not become structures that serve only for themselves”.
