Gomorrah, 10 years later: reunion of the cast of the TV series
Gomorrah is about to return. Fans of one of the most iconic series on TV (born from an idea, and from the novel, by Roberto Saviano) will see the protagonists again in a reunion ten years after the debut of the first season (6 May 2024): together again Marco D’Amore (Ciro Di Marzio), Salvatore Esposito (Genny Savastano), Fortunato Cerlino (Don Pietro), Maria Pia Calzone (Donna Imma), Ivana Lotito (Azzurra) and Cristina Donadio (Scianel) – but there will be no shortage of surprises and special participations – in the special which will debut on Saturday 25 May (first evening) on Sky Atlantic e in streaming su Nowalso available on demand.
Beloved in Italy and the most popular of the Italian series abroad too (Parrot Analytics data): Gomorrah has been included twice by the New York Times on the podium of the prestigious ranking of the best series of the year, in 2017 for the authoritative American newspaper is among the top 5 best international (non-American) productions of the decade.
Gomorra, Sky launches marathon and specials 10 years later
Not only. From May 25th until June 2nd, Sky Atlantic +1 will transform into Sky Atlantic Gomorra, a pop-up channel entirely dedicated to the made in Naples series produced by Sky. You will be able to watch the marathons of the five seasons (58 episodes full of twists and turns), the film «The Immortal» (directed by Marco D’amore) which was a bridging story between the fourth and the fifth and the special contents on the fifth of the series
