How exactly do you do that?
We have tightened our belts in many ways – including the size of the organization. We were just bigger than we needed to be. We didn’t need all these people. In general: In the future, we will have to take a much closer look than before at how and what we spend money on. We must always ensure that every cent spent is well spent. Because that wasn’t the case in the past. When a big streamer got an offer from a competing platform, we used to say: We have to compete. Now I say: let him go. This saves us a lot of money. We ourselves created these markets and market values. If we stop serving them, we will no longer have to pay excessive prices. This applies even more when it comes to e-sports, the sporting competition involving computer games. We have burned a lot of money there in the last few years.
