“Hezbollah is in panic mode”

Western politicians like US Secretary of State Antony Blinken seem to see it differently. The fear of Iran’s proxy armies remains great, especially Hezbollah.
Hezbollah is in panic mode right now. Meanwhile, there was another attack on a Hezbollah commander in southern Lebanon. It is currently unclear for the organization’s elites how they should react. They obviously have no interest in getting drawn into a war. At the same time, they have realized that their leadership circles are riddled with Israeli spies. Dozens of members have been arrested and interrogated in underground prisons. It was not the Lebanese state that did this, but Hezbollah itself. There are even rumors that Nasrallah fled the country after Israel moved into a new phase of targeted killings, including of Hezbollah members. That alone says everything about the level of fear and paranoia that exists within Hezbollah right now.
