Kong Chuiyang is from Yunnan. This is his fifth year working at Hongfa Co., Ltd. He is used to working overtime during the Spring Festival. “I stayed at home for three or four days and came here on the third day of the first lunar month.” He told reporters that the management of Hongfa Co., Ltd. is humane and the treatment is good. During the Spring Festival, the company sent red envelopes and gifts to everyone, so that everyone came back with a full load. Zhang Feng also arrived at work on the third day of the first lunar month to check the material preparation, equipment debugging, etc. in advance.
“The staff on the production line are basically on duty, and everyone is used to Hongfa’s work rhythm.” Zhang Feng told reporters that the daily production capacity of manual and automated production lines is 16,000 units. The difference is that the manual group has more than 20 people and mainly produces customer-customized relays; the automated production line, with a group of five or six, produces unified standard relays. She said that the current batch of products will be sent to Zhejiang.
