Michael Flender reveals his best stocks. Adobe Stock / Business Insider / Cash cow

Michael Flender, known as “Goldenese Investing”, focuses on tech and dividend stocks when investing. According to Flender, Munich RE and Meta are his best investments in the dividend and tech sectors. He selects his stocks based on quarterly figures, news, sales and profit increases and analyst opinions.

Michael Flender makes a living from the stock market and has built up millions of dollars in assets. Among other things, the 41-year-old is also on Instagram “Golden donkey investing” on the way. The trader relies primarily on tech and dividend stocks for his long-term investments. “When investing long-term, I don’t care whether a stock goes down or up. When I’m trading, I tend to make sure that I take profits from time to time.”

How Flender chooses his titles? “There is no holy grail in the stock market. There is no indicator that always works. I act news driven. I look at quarterly figures, news, sales increases, profit increases and estimates. Above all, whether these are met or even exceeded. I also think it’s important to check what analysts say – even if they sometimes talk rubbish. Good impulses can come from them.”

The title currently costs around 413 euros – in 2022 the price was around half that.

“In the tech sector, Meta is now my best stock after the rally,” Flender continued. The company behind the social media platforms Instagram and Facebook is one of the so-called “magnificent seven”. These are seven stocks – Tesla, Meta, Apple, Amazon, Alphabet, Microsoft, Nvidia – which primarily come from the technology sector and have provided a lot of momentum on the stock market in recent months. This means that Meta has recorded an increase of 1,750 percent since it was listed on the stock exchange, meaning that the share is currently priced at around 408.35 euros – in 2022 the title would have been available for around 99 euros.
