For many young people, property ownership is still a long way off. The purchase is expensive, the interest rates are high and it doesn’t get any easier to get a loan. Still, Peyman has Ramzani (name changed) managed to acquire over 100 properties.
Ramzani is a 35-year-old real estate investor who acquired many properties at a young age through a targeted strategy. He studied business administration and worked in the investment sector before going into auditing. After his first property purchase at the age of 26, he systematized his investments and was able to build a portfolio of 180 apartments of his own.
