In Liguria, the demand for properties for sale increased by 3.3% compared to 2020 against average costs that remained unchanged (+ 0.1%) while the interest for leases grew by 8.6%, with average rents up 2.7% compared to a year ago.

In Savona, double record for the rental market: in the province (excluding the capital), the rent increases by 9% (13 euros per square meter); in the Municipality, demand rises by + 19%.
