This is what Italiana Coke announces, which, thanks to the full effectiveness of the recent agreement signed with banks and creditors that support restructuring and reorganization, repaid a considerable part of the previous debt during the last month of March, repaying over 12 million euros. An important brightening as regards the future of the Bragno company.

For Italiana Coke it is the beginning of a new phase: the opportunities of the circular economy and sustainable development return to the work center. The residual debt can be repaid over the next 6 years, and the company has confirmed its willingness to continue with the activities of adapting the plants to the requirements of the recently renewed integrated environmental authorization. The installation of the new Board of Directors is expected in May, with two members representing the new shareholder Metalcorp, a group that has supported the Ascheri family in relaunching the company since last January.
