In November, the Japan SME services index compiled by Jibun Bank-Markit jumped to 53 points, from 50.7 points in October. The data confirms the expansion phase, as it is above 50 points, the dividing line between the contraction phase – values ​​below – and the expansion phase – values ​​above. The new orders component, in particular, stood at its highest value since January 2020.
