The appeal concerns vaccinations: «We will get out of this situation – says Lavevaz – thanks to those who have chosen to be vaccinated. Those who have chosen to evade this civic gesture are putting the health system at a great risk».
The ordinance aims to limit gatherings. The president of the Region explains: “The ordinance on the conduct of demonstrations in the municipal area of Aosta from November 19 to January 6 does not intend to restrict any freedom o right to demonstrate, which can also be exercised in other areas of the historic center: the law responds solely to the needs of the community, the economy and public health, to avoid the need to impose restrictions at a crucial moment for the relaunch of our economic and social system “.
Lavevaz adds: “With the Conference of Regions we examined the new guidelines for the conduct of economic activities, which also address the mandatory nature of the Green Pass for ski lifts. We asked for a meeting with President Draghi to focus on the need of the territories to be able to face this very important moment in the best possible way. I believe it is inevitable, under these conditions, that any restrictive measures do not target those who have participated in the immunization process of our communities».
