The final decision is,The defendant Beijing Aiqiyi Technology Co., Ltd. compensated the plaintiff LeTV (Tianjin) Information Technology Co., Ltd. for economic losses totaling 280,000 yuan.
The judgments of the above-mentioned multiple cases show that the plaintiff, LeTV, alleged that the defendant, iQIYI, had provided the public with online playback services of the works involved on the iQiyi website and video software operated by it without permission, infringing upon the plaintiff’s rights.
