(“Guangdong Itema”), and the capital increase is completed. Later, the company will hold a 51.01% stake in Guangdong Itema. Guangdong Itema is mainly engaged in decorative film materials on the surface of electrical panels. It is the first company in the industry to apply laser electrostatic printing technology to decorative film materials for various household appliances and instrument products.
