Ma Xin, Executive Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province, Leads Efforts to Resolve Practical Difficulties and Promote High-Quality Development of Enterprises
In recent days, a team of researchers and investigators led by provincial leaders, along with staff from the Finance Office of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau, have conducted intensive visits to park factories and enterprise workshops. This coordinated effort, also involving various municipal Party committees, municipal governments, and local financial regulatory bureaus, is aimed at understanding and addressing the specific problems and challenges being faced by companies in the region.
On February 6, Ma Xin, member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Executive Vice Governor, personally led a team to Wuxi to conduct an in-depth visit to Hongyuan Green Energy Co., Ltd. The purpose of the visit was to coordinate and solve specific problems and difficulties being encountered by the company in its business development.
The proactive approach of the Jiangsu Provincial Government was evident as early as January 29, when they organized relevant provincial departments to conduct timely research and expedite solutions for Hongyuan Green Energy’s Jiangyin photovoltaic module project, which was in urgent need of increased power capacity.
During the visit to the project site, Ma Xin not only learned about the company’s construction situation in detail but also took the initiative in coordinating and solving the company’s production and electricity issues, demonstrating a commitment to promoting high-quality economic development in the region.
It was revealed that Hongyuan Green Energy had invested 5 billion yuan to build a 16GW photovoltaic module project in Jiangyin City. Due to power supply approval reasons in the early stage, the company had to rely on temporary 10KV lines, which were inadequate to meet its power demands. However, the Jiangsu Provincial Energy Bureau and the Provincial Electric Power Company overcame recent unfavorable factors such as rain and snow, organized forces to work overtime at the project site for three consecutive days, and successfully put a temporary 110KV substation into operation on February 6 to meet the company’s electricity needs.
During the visit, Ma Xin emphasized the importance of supporting high-quality listed companies and helping to boost confidence, capital market stability, and high-quality economic development. He also stressed the need to guide listed companies to strengthen their confidence in development, improve corporate governance, and enhance their investment value with excellent performance and good results.
The efforts of the provincial government to actively visit listed companies, listen to their voices face to face, and help solve their problems demonstrate a commitment to promoting the high-quality development of listed companies in the region.
