Man Accused of Defrauding Company Captured by National Civil Police

The National Civil Police captured this Tuesday a man accused of having defrauded the company where he worked of $80,000.

Luis Edgardo Amaya Valencia was captured on Tutunichapa Boulevard and Diagonal Universitaria in the capital city of San Salvador. The subject was being sought by a court in San Salvador and was detained by members of the Judicial Order Compliance Division of the PNC.

Amaya Valencia will be prosecuted for fraudulent administration. “We are going to hand over to justice all those who have outstanding accounts with the law,” said the police corporation.

The Division of Compliance with Judicial Orders captured Luis Edgardo Amaya Valencia on Tutunichapa Boulevard and Diagonal Universitaria, in San Salvador. This guy swindled $80,000 from a company where he worked and is being sued by a court in San Salvador for his actions.

The arrest serves as a reminder that justice will be served for those who engage in fraudulent activities, and those who have outstanding accounts with the law will be held accountable.
