A man was arrested after robbing an Oxxo convenience store on the youth ring road in Chihuahua. The incident took place at the intersection with Hacienda los Morales Street, where the store’s alarm alerted municipal public security officers about the robbery. The man broke the main door to enter the store and started drinking alcohol and opening packs of cigarettes. When officers arrived, the man threw bottles of liquor at them in an attempt to evade arrest. After a few minutes, the man was apprehended by the officers and taken to the northern command for causing damage to the store in addition to the robbery.
