The head of Microsoft Corp.’s (MSFT) gaming business said that Microsoft will evaluate its relationship with Activision Blizzard Inc. (ATVI). Earlier, The Wall Street Journal published an article on Activision Blizzard’s CEO’s handling of sexual misconduct.

Microsoft disclosed this information in a letter to employees on Thursday. A day ago, the head of Sony Group Corporation’s PlayStation business also stated in a letter to employees that Sony had asked Activision Blizzard how to respond to the Wall Street Journal report.

Phil Spencer, Microsoft’s executive vice president in charge of gaming business, also stated in the letter to employees that he personally “places great importance on creating a pleasant and inclusive environment for all Xbox employees.” He added: “This is not the end, but a journey we will always go on. The leadership of Xbox and Microsoft stand with our team to create a safer environment for everyone.”
