In the new supplementary contract of Plasmon (Heinz group) the weight of welfare is strengthened both in the performance bonus and in the work-life balance, with particular attention to parents.

The agreement was signed by Fai-Cisl, Flai-Cgil, Uila-Uil and the RSU of Latina and Milan and will be valid for the period 2022-2024. In the part relating to the award, the parties agreed to review its structure and enhance the objectives. For the Latina site, this led to a rebalancing of the welfare share and the payroll share in favor of the latter. Furthermore, those who decide to convert the premium share in the pay slip into welfare will have a further increase in the value of the premium up to 100 euros, according to a note from Fai Cisl.

In the substantial welfare of the company, the reconciliation between life and work times was especially valued. Among the measures are the recognition of another 5 days of leave, of which 2 paid and 3 unpaid, which can be used by male and female workers in cases of child inclusion in nursery school, children’s illness and assistance to elderly parents. in addition there is the integration of up to 100% of the wages for 8 weeks of the parental leave required within the first year of the child’s life.

The chapters concerning health and safety, the right to professional training, agile work and the right to disconnect have been improved, while for the solidarity hour bank a 10-day corporate contribution was shared every 50 days sold by employees, in addition to an initial contribution of 5 days.
