The Democratic Party extends as the largest party by creating a small groove with the main pursuer, the League, which is still losing altitude. From the latest survey conducted by the Ixè institute on the voting intentions of Italians, it emerges that the Democratic Party takes the lead with 19.4% of the preferences, gaining two decimal places compared to the previous survey conducted two months ago. The League follows at 18.8% (from the previous 19.3%). Third step of the podium with equal merit for Fratelli d’Italia and Movimento 5 Stelle both at 18. Giorgia Meloni’s party drops further from 18.2% last month and the peak at 19% reached in July. On the other hand, the M5S is stable. Fifth Forza Italia with 8.3% (from the previous 7.9%).
Among the smaller parties, the most significant variation concerns Action which jumped from 3 to 3.9%.
