Most people are probably familiar with ChatGPT – but many people use the chatbot incorrectly. It must always be prompted by a prompt to output content. A few words are typed into the chat line and an email is written to grandma, a menu suggestion is created from fridge leftovers or a packing list for the next vacation is put together.
These are all impressive gadgets, but how do I get AI to carry out very specific tasks, for example for my marketing or other business activities? So how can a prompt lead to more sales? This is where the right prompt engineering comes into play.
