Rai, the board of directors has appointed Roberto Sergio as the new managing director
The Board of Directors of the Rai ha appointed Roberto Sergio new CEO of the Company with immediate effect. This is what we read in a note from Viale Mazzini which explains that today “the Shareholders’ Meeting was held, which formalized the designation of Roberto Sergio as the new member of the Rai Board of Directors, nominating him for the position of Chief Executive Officer “. And again: “Having completed the usual formalities, during the meeting the new Chief Executive Officer communicated his intention to appoint Paola Marchesini Which director of the Staff Chief Executive Officer and want to entrust a Giampaolo Rossi the role of Corporate General Managerrole previously held ad interim by the Chief Executive Officer. The Rai Board of Directors thanks the outgoing Chief Executive Officer Carlo Fuortes for the role played”, concludes the note.
Four – according to what we learn – the votes in favour, two abstentions, one against. Sergio himself, the president Marinella Soldi, the councilors Simona Agnes and Igor De Biasio voted in favour. Alessandro Di Majo and Riccardo Laganà abstained. Francesca Bria voted against.
