Ex-manager convicted of rape and assault
One of those affected met a pensioner through a dating app. According to the court, the rape occurred after the second meeting in September 2018 and a meal in a Berlin restaurant. The woman concerned filed a report with the Berlin police a few days after the crime, writes Manager Magazin.
The second crime that the pensioner is accused of is negligent bodily harm to his former partner. In November 2018 – just a few months after the rape – he hit her in the face several times, according to the court.
