RCS and Blackstone: there is a clash over the sale of the building in via Solferino

MILANO – The lawyers of the Blackstone investment fund, who assist him in the legal dispute against RCS and the majority shareholder Urbano Cairo in the matter related to the sale of the property in via Solferino in Milan, the historic headquarters of Corriere della Sera, wrote to the New York judge. An initiative taken after the conclusion of the arbitration award in favor of Blackstone and in view of the possible restart of the case in America.
